Eleven feet deep, with a summer kitchen
Deep enough to hold a dining table and seating at the same time, tiled to match the interior floor, and plumbed for cooking — so the terrace works as a room in its own right rather than a ledge for two chairs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms in stone
Primary suites are placed against the glass, with bathrooms detailed in natural stone.

Two levels, at the top of the building
The penthouses occupy level 9. PH-H is arranged over two levels — 3,593 sq ft of interior and an 845 sq ft terrace, 4,438 sq ft in total — with a double-height living room and a mezzanine library above it.

The developer deposit schedule
Construction commenced in December 2025 and the building is anticipated to be delivered in early 2028. Dates are estimates and subject to change.
The square footage and dimensions stated here are measured to the exterior boundaries of the exterior walls and the centerline of interior demising walls. This method of measurement varies from, and is larger than, the dimensions that would be determined by using the description and definition of the “Unit” set forth in the Declaration. Dimensions and square footage are approximate and may vary with actual construction.
Residences — common questions
What residence configurations are available?
Twenty-six layouts are published across four collections — One-Bedroom, Two-Bedroom, Three-Bedroom and Penthouse. Total areas run from 1,172 sq ft to 4,438 sq ft including terraces, and several three-bedroom lines add a study, an office or a wine cellar.
How high are the ceilings?
Up to 11–12 feet, which is what gives the residences their sense of volume and light.
Does each residence have private elevator access?
Yes. A private elevator opens directly into each residence, into a finely crafted wood-panelled foyer with a grand double-door entry. There is no shared interior corridor.
What appliances are included?
A Sub-Zero and Wolf suite including a 60-inch refrigerator and a built-in wine preservation system, with La Cornue 60-inch gas ranges in select residences. Cabinetry is handcrafted Italian wood, designed by Meyer Davis.
How deep are the terraces?
11 feet deep, finished in tile across their full extent, and fitted with a fully equipped summer kitchen — they are designed as outdoor rooms, not balconies.
What is the deposit schedule?
20% at contract, 10% within 60 days, 10% at top-off, 60% at closing.
