Developer
Ponce Park Residences Condominium is being developed by PONCE PARK RESIDENCES, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer”). Any and all statements, disclosures and/or representations shall be deemed made by Developer and not by Allen Morris Company and/or any of its affiliates and any purchaser agrees to look solely to Developer (and not to Allen Morris Company and/or any of its affiliates) with respect to any and all matters relating to the marketing and/or development of the Condominium and with respect to the sales of units in the Condominium.
The condominiums are being developed by Ponce Park Residences, LLC. A Delaware limited liability company. Any and all statements, disclosures and/or representations shall be deemed made by the Developer and not by Allen Morris Company or any of its affiliates.
Renderings and specifications
The sketches, renderings, graphic materials, plans, specifications, terms, conditions and statements contained herein are proposed only, and the Developer reserves the right to modify, revise or withdraw any or all of same in its sole discretion and without prior notice. All residence features and building amenities are subject to change. No view is guaranteed.
Measurements
The square footage and dimensions stated here are measured to the exterior boundaries of the exterior walls and the centerline of interior demising walls. This method of measurement varies from, and is larger than, the dimensions that would be determined by using the description and definition of the “Unit” set forth in the Declaration. Dimensions and square footage are approximate and may vary with actual construction.

Prices, availability, plans, specifications, finishes, amenities, services and features are subject to change without notice. Any pricing shown on this website reflects the developer’s published material at the time of writing and should be confirmed in writing before any decision is made.
